I know how to turn training data into actionable insights to push your performance to the next level. My Physics background supports my coaching by understanding your numbers and not just tracking them.

As an athlete myself, I know what it’s like to be on your side. I’ve been consistently training for over ten years, balancing sport with a full-time job. I started triathlon in 2022 without any swim or bike background, and still, I finished my first middle-distance race in under 5 hours. My athlete journey gave me an understanding of what it takes to progress as an age-grouper while balancing a full daily life.

Coaching for me isn’t about generic plans. It’s about you and understanding your data and goals to build a plan that fits your lifestyle. Having worked with clients professionally, I know how to listen, communicate clearly, and deliver on what I promise.
